If you’re feeling nervous about the Coronavirus, you’re not alone.
Being concerned about this outbreak is normal. Our Healthy Minds service is free to our members and their families 24/7
where you can speak directly to a counsellor by phone or webchat.

Help me manage my overall health 
It's really important that we look after all of our health needs and worries at the moment. The reality is that many of us will have other conditions or illnesses that we must contend with at this time. Digital appointments with doctors, consultants and nurses across many specialities such as paediatrics, maternity and mental health are now available.

Supporting our Community

Across Irish Life Group we wanted to do our bit to support the national effort. We’ve made a financial donation totalling €500,000 to three charities; Family Carers Ireland, ALONE and the Peter McVerry Trust to help them to provide additional services to people who need it most during this crisis.
