Lifetime Community Rating Legislation was introduced on May 1st 2015.

For this reason, we need to ask you the following questions. The following questions relate to health insurance cover that you held in Ireland only.

However, if any of the following applies then you may be entitled to a reduction in your loading.

Have you had a break in your insured cover of 6 months or more that began on or after the 1st February 2019?
Have you been living out of the state for any period of 6 months or more, beginning on or after 1st November 2018
Were you covered under the Defence Forces Scheme or Members of the EU Joint Sickness Scheme?
