Your Cover

We will contribute towards Intra Uterine Insemination (IUI), In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) and Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) treatment. The benefit can be claimed twice per lifetime.

We will contribute €50 towards the cost of an anti-mullerian hormone test.

We will contribute towards the cost of a screening which includes a Hormone Profile, Semen Analysis and/or Progesterone Levels. You can claim this benefit once per policy year.

What you eat and how you feel can affect your fertility. We will contribute towards the cost of visiting a Nutritionist, Dietician or Acupuncturist. Just keep your receipts and send them in to us to claim for this benefit.

Irish Life Health have teamed up with Nurture who are experts in the field of maternal mental health. Irish Life Health offer contributions towards the cost of counselling sessions provided by Nurture for fertility, ante-natal & post-natal depression and miscarriage support. Keep your receipts and submit them online to claim for this benefit.

We will contribute towards the cost of fertility preservation through our Egg Freezing cover. This benefit can be used with any provider; you need to pay the provider yourself and submit the receipt to Irish Life Health. Please check your Table of Cover and Membership Handbook for full details.

Sperm freezing is the most successful method of preserving a man's fertility so he can try to have children at a later date. We will contribute towards the cost of sperm freezing with any provider, just submit your receipt to us to for claim for this benefit.
