Jazz Pharmaceuticals fully cover the cost of our 'Horizon 4' plan for employees, spouse/partners, children and adult dependents up to and inclusive of the age of 22.            

Under Irish legislation, you will be required to pay benefit in kind taxes on your health insurance that is paid by your company.                 

Any Lifetime Community Rating loading (LCR) that applies and premium for adult dependants aged 23 and over will be paid directly to Irish Life Health either annually via credit/debit card or monthly by direct debit.       

The start date of your health insurance policy should be the same as your start date with Jazz Pharmaceuticals. Please keep this in mind when proceeding to the next step on completing your application.                            

Please note that if you have a current policy in place with another provider, you must cancel this directly with that provider. Nobody else can do this on your behalf. Please call or email your current insurer to cancel your policy. We do not accept liability for any cancellation charges from your current health insurer

Our 'Horizon 4' plan provides cover in Public, Private and Hi-Tech Hospitals as well as money back on Day2Day medical expenses like GPs, Consultants and Physio.
