Easyway to Stop Smoking

Irish Life Health is delighted to be the first and only health insurer to offer members access to the Allen Carr Easyway to Stop Smoking programme. We have teamed up with Allen Carr to give you one of the most successful smoking cessation programmes so you can improve your health and give up smoking for good!

Smoking is one of the major causes of illness and health problems. By quitting, you immediately feel the benefits in your daily life and increase your long-term health prospects and life expectancy.

The results are astounding. Easyway has been proven globally to be one of the most successful methods of smoking cessation with a 90% global success rate. The Easyway system is effective because it focuses on the reasons why we smoke, rather than on the reasons why we shouldn't.

This programme, unlike others, does not use nicotine replacement therapy or nicotine patches. Allen Carr's Easyway to Stop Smoking Clinics are held in 5-hour group sessions with a fully qualified therapist. By the end of this session, you will have all the information you need to make a clean break from smoking.

Irish Life Health members* get €70 off the cost of an Allen Carr’s Easyway to Stop Smoking session

You can access this fantastic new benefit as soon as you join. So, there is no reason to wait until the New Year to quit!!
