Irish Life Health is the first health insurer to give our members direct access to in-depth video consultations with GPs who have special interest and experience in Female Health including menopause. The service is provided by Centric Health GP’s who are registered with the Irish Medical Council and based in Ireland. Irish Life Health members on any hospital plans have 50% cover towards the cost of the consultation with the cost to members just €45. Find out more

Many of our plans give cover towards your day-to-day GP costs. So don’t hesitate, check-in with your GP and get their guidance and advice on how best to manage your personal menopause journey.

Need more specialised advice? Get cover towards a range of Specialists and Consultants across Ireland, who can help you manage the varied symptoms of menopause and support your personal needs.

The hormonal changes that occur during menopause can impact your mental health as we as your physical health. You may experience feelings of anxiety, stress or even depression. In these moments, the support of a psychotherapist or counsellor can be especially beneficial.
